Rigorous KYC/AML and due diligence are conducted on only a subsection of candidates before they are onboarded with Chateau as a Listing Issuer.
Chateau is using a Bermuda Virual Asset Service Provider to provide highly compliant transaction services to defi product issuance when those standards are applicable and required.
When they are not, Chateau will be routing it's defi operations through its British Virgin Island fund structure. Chateau's priority is to allow smooth low compliance requirement transactions through a mechanism that is fluid and frictionless, but when high standards of compliance are required for issuers and purchasers, Chateau will abide as a paragon of institutional virtue.
Specifics depend on jurisdictional compliance and the transfer-ability of assets.
